We aim to get orders processed in 1-5 business days + shipping time.  

 

Australia wide shipping

$10 flat rate (standard shipping): 2-6 working days

Free pick up available from: 231 Chapel Street, Prahran, Melbourne, 3004 (1-3 working days).

 

Delays 

Please expect slight delays over public holidays and sale periods

Please note, during extremely hot weather we may delay shipping to make sure your candles don't melt in transit! 

Once parcels are dispatched we are no longer responsible for any transit issues that may arise. We are happy to assist if needed but please first, double check your tracking or contact Sendle directly via support@sendle.com.

Returns & Exchanges 

All DAZED orders are carefully packed with extra care & love. We double check each item before sending for quality control. However, regretfully from time to time orders may be damaged during transit :( 

If this happens, please take a photo of your damaged order with the shipping label in view and email this to us within 5 business days of receiving your order. hello@dazedau.com

PLEASE NOTE: If we receive a refund / exchange request after 5 days of you receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement via our courier company. 

One of our team will be in contact within 48 hours of the request. Refunds will be issued at the discretion of the DAZED team.
